edlup is a live learning marketplace where instructors offer their own courses, workshops, and free introductory lessons. Instructors set the curriculum, price, schedule, and class size. Students review the course page and enroll. The platform brings together account management, enrollment, and access to the learning space.

Users are responsible for accurate account and application information and for protecting their credentials. Participant, instructor, and administrator permissions differ; unauthorized access to another user's account or data is prohibited.

Students review the curriculum, prerequisites, dates, and price before enrolling. Free courses use free enrollment; paid courses follow the applicable checkout and payment steps. Once enrolled, students access the course through their learning space. Transactions labeled as test enrollments are not real purchases or charges.

Participants are expected to attend classes and complete project work under the program's conditions. Materials and class links are for registered participants; unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited. Do not share other people's personal information, confidential company data, or unauthorized content in projects.

Certificates depend on the stated attendance and assessment conditions. Programs do not guarantee employment, income, academic achievement, or business results.

Cancellation and refunds for paid programs are explained in the Distance Service and Sales Terms and Delivery and Refund Policy. Contact support with the program name for assistance. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Account access may be restricted for deceptive applications, harassment, rights violations, or attempts to bypass security. Maintenance, security, or third-party services may temporarily interrupt access.

Account closure requests are handled under applicable law and our privacy notice. Financial and audit records from previous services and information relating to unsettled transactions may be retained for the required period.
