Instructor Terms

Instructors set their own curriculum, learning goals, prerequisites, price, session dates, and class size. They publish accurate and current course information, deliver live sessions, share the necessary materials, and fulfill the feedback commitments stated on the course page.

Professional background, expertise, and teaching experience must be accurate and current. Content should suit the program level and identify its sources. Misleading promises about employment, income, or other outcomes are prohibited.

Instructors and mentors attend assigned classes on time, prepare appropriately, and assess work against agreed criteria. Feedback must be respectful, clear, and directed toward participant development. Any issue affecting the schedule should be reported promptly to the team.

Student enrollment data, assignment answers, and class messages may be used only to deliver the relevant course and support its students. Class links, credentials, and confidential project content must not be shared with third parties. Recording or publication requires the appropriate notice and permissions.

Respect usage rights for teaching materials, examples, and third-party tools. Sharing, recording, and reuse rights are defined in the collaboration terms. Participant projects may not be used for promotion or other commercial purposes without the required permissions.

Any service fee, payment schedule, invoicing requirements, and cancellation conditions are defined in the program-specific agreement between the parties. This page alone does not constitute a fee or payment commitment. Rights and obligations from previous services remain governed by the relevant transaction records and accepted terms.
