Distance Service and Sales Terms

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These framework terms describe live course participation purchased through Edlup. Transaction-specific details and the final total are always shown in the pre-payment order summary.

1. Parties and the platform’s role

The student is the user enrolling in a live course or workshop. The instructor sets its curriculum, price, and schedule and delivers the course. edlup is the marketplace platform supporting course discovery, enrollment, and access to the learning space.

The pre-payment order summary identifies the program name, period, format, scope, and prices. It also shows the platform operator's configured legal name, address, phone, and support email; missing operator fields are clearly flagged and must be completed by the platform owner before commercial use. Those details and the electronic acceptance record form part of the transaction.

2. Service scope

  • The service is the right to participate in the selected canlı eğitim program in an online or hybrid format.
  • The scope follows the program page, topics, application criteria, schedule, materials, and project outcomes.
  • The course page states the prerequisites, session dates, class size, and learning goals.
  • The program provides education and project support. It does not guarantee employment, income, business results, or academic success.
  • No physical goods or continuing subscriptions are included in this purchase.

3. Application, registration, and approval flow

  1. The participant selects a program with open applications and submits the requested application details.
  2. For programs requiring assessment, the application is reviewed first; after approval, a payment link is provided.
  3. The program registration is not final until payment succeeds. Payment and participation state appears in the dashboard and notifications.
  4. Live session links, schedule, and materials are shared with authorized participants through the dashboard or email.

4. Price, tax, and payment

Before payment, the order shows the program fee, any VAT, and the participant total, together with program duration, format, and currency.

When real payments are enabled, transactions use the payment provider identified at checkout. Edlup does not store the card number or security code. A transaction not verified by the payment provider does not count as paid.

5. Digital delivery and attendance

The service is performed through live sessions, materials, and project guidance during the program period shown in the order summary; there is no physical delivery. The participant is responsible for working internet, a supported browser, and necessary devices.

Private session links and materials are for registered participants only and must not be shared. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If performance is requested before a statutory withdrawal period ends, any legally required express request/acknowledgment should be collected at checkout; statutory exceptions may apply after the service is performed.

The operational cancellation tiers are: 100% at least 7 days before program start, 50% between 3 and 7 days, and 0% under 3 days. If Edlup cannot provide the service, the participant receives a full refund or may accept a new cohort/alternative program. See the Delivery and Refund Policy.

7. Requests, disputes, and contact

For support, cancellation, or transaction disputes, email merhaba@edlup.com with the program registration number. Any mandatory consumer-board, court, or other statutory remedies remain available.

This draft is general information reflecting the product flow; it is not legal advice or a compliance guarantee. Qualified counsel should verify company/party details, the payment flow, and consumer acknowledgments before production use.
