Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This policy explains how live course participation is confirmed, delivered digitally, and handled when a cancellation or refund is requested.

1. Digital service delivery

The purchased service is participation in an instructor’s live online course or workshop on the dates shown in the order summary. edlup does not ship physical goods.

Once enrolled, the course appears in the student’s learning space with its schedule, live class access, materials, and assignments. Paid courses show the payment status alongside the enrollment. Test enrollments do not create real charges. Class links are restricted to the authorized instructor and enrolled students.

2. Payment summary

The payment page separately shows the program fee, any VAT amount, and total due. The program registration is not paid until iyzico confirms success. Card details are processed by iyzico and are not stored by Edlup.

3. Participant cancellation tiers

  • At least 7 days before program start: 100% of the amount paid.
  • 3-7 days before program start: 50% of the amount paid.
  • Less than 3 days before program start: no operational refund.
  • Participant no-show: no operational refund.

4. Program or platform cancellation

If the program is cancelled, postponed, or cannot be delivered because of a Edlup issue, a full refund of the amount paid is initiated, or a new cohort/alternative program is arranged with the participant's express agreement.

For connectivity or access issues, support reviews technical access and participation records, not learning content, to assess remediation or refund options case by case.

5. Refund request and method

  1. Use the dashboard cancellation action or email merhaba@edlup.com with the program registration number.
  2. The refund percentage is calculated from the time between the cancellation request and program start, and is shown before confirmation.
  3. An approved refund is returned through iyzico to the original card where possible. Posting time depends on iyzico and the cardholder's bank.
  4. For a partial refund, VAT and other amounts are calculated proportionally in the transaction record.

6. Statutory rights

These operational tiers do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Defective or undelivered services, statutory withdrawal rights, and other legal remedies are assessed separately.

This is an operational summary of the current product flow, not legal advice. Qualified counsel should verify it against applicable law and payment-provider processes before commercial use.
